Andrew Haulage engage in multitude of projects in the Civil Sector.
In 2024 Andrew haulage has be completing the following contracted works
Milton to Waihola Water pipe installation
This consists of the following tasks
Supply and install 15.8km of new PE Pipe with the correct fittings
Excavation benching, shoring works, temporary fencing, temporary support to new and old
services, dewatering, sediment and erosion management.
Testing of the pipeline
Bridge Repairs Contracts
Supply of all structural steelwork (including all bolts and timber)
Fabrication of all steelwork
Preparation and surface treatment of all structural steelwork and timber
Storage of structural steelwork and timber
Transport to and offloading on site of all structural steelwork and timber
Erection of all structural steelwork and timber
Making all steel to steel, steel to concrete and steel to timber connections
Repair of existing steel beams.
Milton Main Street Utility Services
Supply and installation of stormwater, wastewater and water infrastructure works for the Milton township. The works also includes the civil works to install electrical ducts across road intersections and coordinate the installation of cables and lighting poles as part of the Union Street Streetscape Project.
Balclutha Town Pump Station Relocation
Excavate for and install the new 1,850mm dia. X 4,000mm deep moulded fibreglass pump chamber complete with aluminium lids, pipework and penetrations as detailed.
Supply and install reinforced concrete foundation slabs including anti-flotation devices as detailed.
Excavate for, supply and install material, pipework and fittings as detailed for the construction of new manhole next to the existing incoming main
Excavate for, supply and install pipework and fittings as detailed for the connection to the existing rising main including thrust block
Excavate for, supply and install pipework and fittings as detailed for the connection to the existing emergency overflow main
Supply and install new 1050mm dia. manhole flowmeter chamber.
Backfilling and supply and install reinforced concrete ballast for underground chambers.
Install the two new pumps complete with, flexible pipework, fixings and stainless
steel lifting chains inside the pump chamber.
Excavate for, supply and install a 32mm internal diameter (ID) water connection, backflow preventer to the new pump station.
Supply and install concrete slabs as required around pump station lids, including concrete plinths for the electrical control cabinet, and McBerns odour filter.
Dewatering of all excavations, to the extent required, including well pointing.
Backfilling and site reinstatement as required.
FORESTRY ROADING - Clutha Southland
Since 1992 we have been consistantly contracted to carry out the Southern Area roading requirements for Rayonier NZ Ltd and continue to do so through their managment of Matariki Forests. This has involved the building of many kilometres of new roads, the construction of skid sites and hauler pads and the upgrading and maintenance of arterial roads throughout Rayonier's and Matariki Forest's forests.
